AA+ Studio is part of Ashhirwaad Associates, a Puducherry practice that has spent more than two decades delivering construction, restoration, interiors and material testing across South India. Where AA+ leads on architecture and landscape design, the wider group brings the site teams, craft and engineering that turn drawings into built work.
The group works end to end, from residential and commercial buildings to sensitive heritage restoration and underground structures with waterproofing. Its NABL-accredited Analytical Laboratory supports every project with geotechnical investigation, non-destructive and material testing, keeping quality visible and compliant at each stage.
